Characteristics and application analysis of pressure-variable PU artificial leather

Pressure-changing PU artificial leather is a kind of functional material which can customize the surface texture by hot pressing or voltage technology. Its base material is polyurethane synthetic leather, and under the action of controlled temperature (usually 120-180℃) and pressure (5-15MPa), it can accurately form three-dimensional lines with a depth of 0.1-0.3mm, and the shape is stable after cooling.

Core process advantages

It has fine stamping ability, supports the minimum line width of 0.08mm LOGO stamping, and is suitable for the presentation of fine patterns such as brand trademarks and anti-counterfeiting marks.

The texture can be switched flexibly. We have materials with a thickness of 0.6mm-1.5mm to choose from. We can choose the texture, base fabric, etc. at will, and support customization.

The physical properties are stable. After testing, the embossed area remains: the wear resistance index is ≥ 40,000 revolutions (Martindale test), the wear resistance is good, and it is resistant to twists and turns, and the embossed part is not easy to break and fade.
